1 ½ cups buttermilk baking mix
2 egg whites
½ cup milk
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Combine baking mix, egg whites, milk, onions, sugar, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon dough mixture into cooker. Sprinkle dough with Parmesan cheese. Cook on high for 1 hour.

A peach cobbler from the crock pot?  You betcha!

1 1/2  cup sugar
3/4 cup baking mix
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 large ripe peaches, mashed


Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, and baking mix, stir in eggs, vanilla, evaporated milk, and butter. Mix well.
Fold in peaches and pour into slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
