At our Mother of Preschoolers group meetings the Rival Crock Pot was a favorite. For extra flavor you can add green onions and cut up peppers.
1 package (28oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 ½ lb fully cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into rounds
1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup water
In your slow cooker or crock-pot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender. For a creamier sauce, add an extra can or cream of mushroom soup and ½ cup milk.
